Scheduling

We try to schedule every visit with as much convenience for our patients as possible. We highly recommend that you make appointments. The only way to guarantee that you will be able to see one of our doctors is by making an appointment. We usually have same day availability with at least one of our doctors, so call 479-636-6609 for an appointment today.

Walk-In Policy

We do accept walk-in patients if we have availability. It is still best to make an appointment to confirm that we have an opening at your desired time. If you do walk in, please be patient. We must see patients with appointments first, but we will attempt to work you in at our next available opening. Due to the additional time required with new patients, we do not accept new patient walk-ins.

New Patients

Since we have special times of the day that we see new patients, we do require that you have an appointment for your first visit. This allows us to schedule extra time with you. New patients begin their appointment by filling out a brief intake paperwork packet, and then the doctor will perform a chiropractic examination. Assuming you have no major complicating factors and that chiropractic is appropriate in your case, the doctor will also treat you on your first visit. Again, in most cases we do treat on your first office visit. Following treatment, an explanation of chiropractic and report of findings will be given to explain the goals and expectations of care.

Because of the extra time involved with a first time patient, there is an additional exam fee on the first visit. X-rays are not required in all cases and are not taken in this office. If X-rays are necessary, we will refer you to a local facility that offers same day X-ray service with radiographic interpretation. You are welcome to bring previous X-Rays or MRI images or reports. These give us more information about your condition.

Follow-up Visits

Depending on the type, severity, and duration of your condition as well as your overall health profile (age, weight, work activities, lifestyle, and habits), follow up visits may be required. The number and frequency of these are always decided on an individual basis. These follow-up visits are less time consuming since the preliminary paperwork and exam procedure are not required. These visits can be scheduled at any time during our office hours. The key to getting pain free and restored to your optimum health is to follow your doctor's recommendations for care. Once you are symptom free, we recommend regular maintenance care to prevent reoccurrence of the condition and to stimulate the nervous system to improve your overall health.
